The Tenant

There is this young guy named Jay that Lives in an old building that you may find the elderly living in. The reason that he is living there is because he lived with his grandparents and they passed away years ago and since he paid the rent anyway he was able to keep the apartment and keep the rent that his grandparents had. Well he worked in a department store near where he lived and it was just easy that way for him to go from work and home. He was a happy guy that mainly kept to himself and was very shy.
